Cashew Spread

This spread is quick, easy and delicious! Overflowing with protein, essential heart-skin-gut-healthy fats, minerals and vitamins, it's the perfect keep-me-going-during-that-mid-afternoon-slump or any time of the day, in fact. Spread on toast, crackers or use as a dip for veggie sticks etc. Freeze it in pots and defrost as needed. It ticks all the boxes - just try it!

  • 200g Cashews, soaked in water for at least 6 hours.
  • 8 tbs water
  • 2 tbs apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbs soy sauce or tamari
  • 2 tbs nutritional yeast
  • pinch of Himalayan salt

Blend ingredients until it reaches your desired consistency. Serve with whatever you fancy.
